Off - Leash Dog Parks
Looking to let your pup run and socialize with other dogs. Interested in meeting other dog owners. This is the most complete guide of area off-leash dog parks! Let your dog run like the wind in a safe environment! There is also link to the rules and suggestions while attending the parks.
"A dog park is not just a luxury; it's a necessity for the well-being of our canine companions. According to the American Kennel Club (AKC), dog parks provide an avenue for exercise and socialization which are crucial aspects of a dog’s life that contribute to their overall health and happiness.
Moreover, such spaces also foster community among pet owners and promote responsible pet ownership. The Trust for Public Land states that cities with dog parks have higher rates of registered dogs which means more vaccinations and less risk from stray animals.
We believe establishing a dedicated dog park in Cloquet will greatly enhance the quality of life not only for our beloved pets but also for us as pet owners. It will create an environment where we can bond with them while allowing them to engage in natural behaviors within safe boundaries." Mike Thiel

"It was a great place to go and bring my dogs to get all their energy out!"
"Clean, large and nice dog park outside of town. The people are friendly and pleasant and it’s busy every time I go. The big dog section has a dozen or more large (50+ pound) dogs. The small dog section is usually pretty sparse however, but it does exist."

"Everything you need...separate fenced in areas for large and small dogs, poop bags available and a shovel, water bowls, benches, free entry. Plus it has a beautiful view of the bay! Our dog loved it. Not too bad as far as poop on the ground. Users just need to be more “hands on” 😏 with their dogs doo doo just like in any dog park. We visited in winter and would come again."

"This place is decent size for dogs to run around and actually burn off their energy. While it's not as large as Jean Duluth, it is nice as it is right next to the creek which adds another element and opportunity to walk your dog before or after. I also like that there is a grass knoll that you can view the whole park from."

"It is fenced with a double gated entry. Separate small dog area for dogs under 20 pounds. There are lights for night-time use."
